You must complete a Conference Evaluation form and turn it in at the Registration Desk to receive a CPE Certificate.  Certificates will only be available after 4:00 PM at the Conference Registration Desk.

Note: Requests for CPE credit receipts after 5 PM on the day of the conference can not be fulfilled.
